Well, I really like Chrysalis. Her design is so damn good. And when I was watching MLP and listening to her voice, I was like “Sounds familiar…”. And, to my surprise, she was voiced by Kathleen Barr! Same voice actor goes for Roodaka from Bionicle 3. Before knowing it, I was thinkin about some Roodaka-Chrysalis art, because they are both awesome… And now they are both even more awesome! xD With an Alien on top. And Visorak-Changeling-Alien thing that needs some love.
I love changelings. Hope to see them soon again.
My Little Pony
So. I just finished watching 2 episodes of MLP:FiM. Well. It was just over-hyped all over the internets and I was hating it because it was everywhere. I wasn’t hating the show, and character seemed nice, but all that stupid crossovers with other sings like Alien, Warhammer 40k and other broody stuff? That was just stupid for me. And because I don’t like to hate things if I don’t know the subject (don’t judge the book, you know), so I decided one day i shall download all the episodes and just watch it straight away. So I did it. And you guess what?
I regret nothing.
I’m not gonna run around and scream “OMG PONIES ARE SO KEWL YOU GUYS SHALL WATCH IT RIGHT AWAY NAO AND LOVE IT AND IF YOU DON’T I’LL GO FLUTTERRAGE!!!!1!1!11!”. Jeez, bronies, calm your hooves.
The show is worth watching, really. Great characters, music (I especially love some of the songs), animation, and of course the part that teaches you to be friendly to others (you know, all that childish stuff? but it’s cool). The show is similar to, maybe, Power Rangers and similar things (Bionicle, for example, same concepts, but Bionicle is more boy-oriented, but still loved by many people, small and old). So, if you are questioning, should you spend some time trying to understand what ponies are - go for it, you won’t regret it.
Still hatin’ that pony stuff all around, so overhyped for almost nothing. Yeah, show is great, but… Urgh, fans, you are so annoying.
